Teenager’s Health

Teenager’s Health

Nutrition is very important for teenagers as they are still growing and forming the foundation of their bones. Many teenagers can be very active playing sports so it’s important that they know some healthy snacks they can eat. Teenagers also begin to make their own choices about food and parents have less influence on what they eat, so it’s important they have the right information to make healthy food choices.
