Healthy Ageing

Healthy ageing

As you get older, good nutrition plays an increasingly important role in how well you age. Eating a low-salt, low-fat diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and fibre can help reduce your age-related risks of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, osteoporosis, and other chronic diseases.

Find fact sheets here that help with conditions for men and women such as the menopause and osteoporosis but also information on how to eat with a poor appetite and using oral nutrition supplements.
