Jess Willow is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Fertility Dietitian & Intuitive Eating Counsellor based in Kildare where she runs Willow Nutrition, an online nutrition clinic.
Jess has over ten years of clinical experience in the UK & Ireland. She has special interests in Womens health including PCOS, fertility & preconception nutrition for men and women. As well as supporting you to improve your relationship with food and build body confidence.
She is passionate in food providing pleasure which supports us in living our lives to the fullest.
