I am a CORU Registered Dietitian, practicing since 2007. I specialise in Fertility & IVF, offering online consultations at my nutrition practice ‘Nourish My Fertility’. My mission is to provide clear evidence-based, helpful and practical advice that you can follow.
I know the IVF pathway as I have been through it. I will guide you through this journey by giving you individualised advice to empower you to make nutrition and lifestyle changes that will optimise your fertility.
