Having worked clinically in hospitals in the UK and Ireland for a number of years, Laura has spent the last 7 years working with a number of Ireland's Elite athletes via the Sports Institue Northern Ireland, Connacht Rugby and more recently the Irish Institute of Sport in Abbotstown.
Laura is a CORU Registered Dietitian and SENr registered.
