Mary Bourke

Mary Bourke R.D. qualified professionally as a Dietitian from Trinity University Dublin & Dublin Institute of Technology with a B.Sc.(Hons) Degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics in 1995. Mary is a CORU Registered Dietitian (DI016966).

Mary has 25 years clinical experience in many areas of dietetics, such a Weight Management; Heart Disease; Hyperlipidaemia; Stomach and Gut Disorders such as Peptic Ulcers, Diverticular Disease, Acid Reflux, Gastritis, IBS, Food Intolerance, Constipation and Coeliac Disease; Type 2 Diabetes; Impaired Glucose Tolerance; Anaemia; Gout; Malnutrition & Osteoporosis.

Mary is trained to offer advice on the Low FODMAPs Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Functional Gut Disorders.

Mary is also licensed and trained to offer  'COUNTERWEIGHT', an evidence based weight loss programme for patients struggling to lose weight and keep it off.
