safefood Operation Transformation Roadshow

The safefood Operation Transformation roadshow, which will visit five locations across the island in January and February, will kick off this weekend in Cork. As sponsor of the popular RTE programme, the safefood roadshow will provide practical healthy eating advice, tips on being active and motivation for people looking to kick start their own transformation. The roadshow will visit Cork, Limerick, Enniskillen, Newbridge and Blanchardstown. The first stop is at Mahon Point Shopping Centre in Cork this Saturday 19th January with a range of activities running from 12pm to 3.30pm and everyone is welcome to come along.
