Care & Welfare of Residents in Designated Centres for Older People

Please find attached a copy of the Health Act 2007 (Care & Welfare of Residents in Designated Centres for Older People) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. no. 36 of 2010) for your information. These Regulations amend articles 16 and 37 and schedules 3 and 4 of the Health Act 2007 (Care and Welfare of Residents in Designated Centres for Older People) Regulations 2009. They will come into operation on 15th February 2010.
