2019 INDI Fresenius Kabi Research Symposium

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Abstracts of audits, pilot studies, clinical trials or case reports may be submitted.
  • Submissions are encouraged from those involved in both formal and informal research activities, including student projects.
  • Open to all health professionals once the main subject of the abstract is nutrition or dietetic related
  • If the abstract is accepted you will be asked to present a Research Poster at the INDI Research Symposium on the 24th January, prizes will be announced at the event.
  • Those with the highest scoring abstracts will be invited to present orally in a moderated session.
  • If the poster has already been presented at an INDI annual study or SIG study day, it should not be re-submitted.

Technical guidelines:
·     Abstracts must fit onto one page (use normal margins 2.54cm, Arial font minimum size 12 for text, minimum size 10 for tables)
·     Abstracts should consist of 4 paragraphs (Introduction/Background, Methods, Results and Discussion/Conclusion).
·     Each abstract must have a title
·     Authors names and institutions should be included
·     1-2 relevant references only may be included
·     Each submission must include an application form, 1 abstract per applicant only
·     Send submissions to 
·     State “ABSTRACT” clearly in the subject line
·     Please save as “Presenting Author Surname, First Name_2019”
