Cajun chicken and avocado wraps

2 skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
4 wholemeal tortilla wraps
2 tablespoon Crème Fraiche
A handful of mixed salad leaves
1 large Avocado, peeled, stoned and cut in thick slices

Cajun chicken and avocado wraps Directions

  1. 1. Toss the chicken in the Cajun seasoning
    2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry for 3-4 minutes until tender, sizzling and cooked
    through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
    3. Assemble each wrap with a dollop of crème fraiche and some salad leaves, a few slices of
    avocado and Cajun chicken pieces, then wrap and roll and enjoy.
